Workshop session 1
On this first afternoon, the workshops serve as an introduction to Copenhagen and the
conference themes. Topics like local-global-relationship, regional development and the
notion of urban identities will be explored and discussed.

Workshop Session 2
This workshop session gives an opportunity to see a variety of plaes in and
around Copenhagen. The session starts with a short assembly introduction to recent
developments in Copenhagen by Professor Jens Kvorning, the Royal Academy
of Fine Arts, School of Architecture. This talk also serves as a background for the first two
discussions workshops, which are not combines with excursions

Post-conference day-trips
We welcome our guests to stay in Copenhagen over the weekend and join in on the
day-trips. These tours aim at giving an overall impression of a selection of urban areas
in the region. The first two trips are by bus and the last two are walks in the inner city
of Copenhagen.
